If there is one thing that we never say no to then it is high quality dog equipment! No we are very serious, your dog can never have enough leashes, collars, harnesses... Dog gear have been shown you through the years in different colors and designs. We already have 2 harnesses for Dré'ke and a LOT of collars but we really like to switch between them. You can see it as clothes for humans, like we said before: you can never have enough clothes! The people of DOG Copenhagen gave us the opportunity to choose our favorite dog outfit (includes a leash, collar and harness!) from their shop for Dré'ke!
The first product we saw in our package was the Urban Explorer Collar. It is a nice (thick) collar made of durable and water repellent material, perfect for the rainy weather in Belgium! The collar is filled with a kind of soft mousse that provides extra comfort to your dog's neck. This collar also has reflectors for extra safety in the dark and 2 rings to possibly attach a leash.
The second product is really something we now use on a daily basis: the Urban Trail Line. Why do we use this line often? The handle is made of the same material as their collar and is filled with the same mousse. This is very handy for extra comfort if your dog constantly pulls on the line (like Dré'ke does!). The dog line also has a built-in box where you can put poop-bags or treats! And if you probably already know, Dré'ke is fond of treats!
Last but not least we received their Comfort Walk Pro Harness. This product is also made of durable and water resistant material. You can buy the harness in 5 different sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL. But you can still adjust the size to the size of your dog so there is a perfect fit! You can attach your leash to 2 different places: one ring is attached to the chest of the harness and the other ring on the back. We prefer to use the ring on the back because Dré'ke is used to it. For extra safety there is a handle on the dog's back, especially for extra control of the dog.
The reason why Dré'ke is in love with his new outfit is because it is made of another kind of material compared to its other harnesses. It feels really comfortable and safe. DOG Copenhagen is definitely a great alternative to leather gear during the summer or when it is raining outside. It looks so casual, feels comfortable and effortless just like the way dog "clothes" must feel on a daily basis. And you have to admit it, he looks fantastic in his DOG Copenhagen outfit!
