Our Christmas surprise: Surpise Your Pet

Aaaahh yes, Christmas is around the corner! Our favorite time of the year, it's so cozy. We're only 14 days away until Christmas, so it's time to buy some nice presents for under the Christmas tree! Side note: never forget to buy something for your animals, yep they deserve something too! No inspiration yet? Then Surprise Your Pet is something for you!

Surprise Your Pet is a Belgian company that specializes in surprise boxes for cats and dogs. And yes, we had the opportunity to test one! And not just a regular one but the Christmas edition. Besides the Christmas edition they also offer a lot of other box categories: birthday editions, valentine, kitten / puppy boxes... At Surprise Your Pet you also have the opportunity to order a (two, three...)monthly box filled with a bunch of cool toys, food and other stuff based on the information of your pet. So if your fluffball is happy with his/her first surprise box, you can always order again. But enough chitchat-talking, let's take a look at Dré'kes box!

Let's eat!

First things first: food. Dré'ke received a lot of yummy things to nibble! First of all we got some Smoofl cookies, the Christmas edition. We already got some packages from Smoofl itself but no worries, Dré'ke loves the cookies very much so he doesn't mind he got another package. It are small treats in the shape of a Christmas tree with a turkey flavor, hmmmmm! Besides Smoofl, we also got a small cup of Edgard & Cooper. As you may already know, Dré'ke is a big fan of Edgard & Cooper so this is certainly appreciated!

Secondly, and we were very surprised, we saw a chocolate bar! Of course, normally chocolate is forbidden for dogs but this chocolate bar is specially made for them. We got the chocolate bar flavored "tripe". Besides the tripe flavor there are also other varieties: the classic version, salmon, chicken and peanut. We haven't tested the chocolate yet but we are sure that Dré'ke will be crazy it! Keep an eye out on our Instagram and Instagramstories to see if he likes it (certainly he will).

Last but not least, of course, some treats! To fully get into the Christmas spirit: a sock stuffed with tasteful treats, a chicken chewstick and some tasty candy sticks in the typical Christmas colors. We don't really know which flavors they are, but as you can see Dré'ke is definitely loves it by far!

Wine O'clock

To make Dré'kes Christmas dinner completely perfect, wine can't be missing! That's why we got a delicious bottle of Pawsecco from Surprise Your Pet. Like really, how cool does this sounds "Oh wait, I need to give my dog/cat also a glass of wine"? We were really surprised this concept existed and are really excited to try it out with Dré'ke! By the way: the drink is made of 100% natural herbs and created with the advice of veterinary experts.

Outfit on point

To make Dré'ke extra in love with the box, the people of Surprise Your Pet played the game very well haha. Dré'ke is crazy about squeaky toys, so yes haha, it was love at first sight with the Christmas playbone that was inside the surprise box. Also, we got this cool green bandana with a little bell. Very funny, because we now always hear where Dré'ke is hiding for us while he's playing hide & seek.
